GLUTEN FREE CHOCOLATE BROWNIES

Chocolate Lover’s Delight

Ingredients
6 Tablespoons of melted Butter (use real butter )
8 oz of dark chocolate or a mix of dark and light
2 eggs room temp.
1 Tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 Tablespoon of corn starch
½ Teaspoon of salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Once you melt butter and chocolate in different containers you can mix all of the above together then add your butter melted and then your chocolate melted mix all together.  Add eggs last when the mix is a little cooled off . Whisk the eggs into the batter and mix well until mix becomes a little glossy pout in a small square cake pan and bake for about 22-30 min watch them don’t let them burn….let cool for about 20 minutes very moist brownies soft.  Add a scoop of frozen yogurt and it’s a fantastic dessert for any occasion!
