I knew I needed to lose weight!
I heard Dr. Hartford was going to be on KDKA-TV new to talk about the about Fit, fun and Fabulous program. However, I had class that evening and would not be able to watch. So I called my mother to listen for me and see what she thought about the program. I was able to view the clip on the web the next day and I was interested in what I heard. While I was looking at Dr. Hartford’s website a box appeared asking me if I needed help. I was able to type and ask questions. I gave my phone number and was called back the next day! I set up my first appointment 12/2/2011. I am very lucky that I live about 25 miles from Dr. Hartford’s office.
The inflammation 911 is great, I love to sleep and either didn’t eat breakfast or would have muffins, toast or fast food on my way to work in the morning. The inflammation 911 has now become my breakfast. But it is much more than a meal, within a few day of starting the program I could move my fingers in the morning. The inflammation was leaving my body; this is one of the big symptoms of Lupus. During student teaching it was easy to follow the program.
