In Demand Media/Speaking Expert

I have enjoyed being a regular speaker and guest on media interviews, radio, television shows and key note speaking since 1985. My first interactions with speaking began in The Republic Of South Africa at the University Of Cape Town Medical School and continued upon returning to the United States with my own Radio Show and multiple television appearances. As an integrated wellness practitioner and a liaison between traditional and alternative approaches, I have spoken on numerous topics including: integrated wellness, reversing the aging process, the impact of emotional health on the physical body, leadership, gender specific health issues, and stress and premature aging in the workplace.
